Lead Technical Recruiter
Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of technical recruiters to meet hiring goals and performance targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT and technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
- Monitor recruitment metrics, provide regular reports, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct calibration sessions and ensure consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
