Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Officer role based in Magallanes. The HR Officer will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. They will support daily employee relations, maintain and update personnel records, and ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly. The role includes coordinating payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external providers. The HR Officer will also assist with performance management activities, training coordination, compliance with labor laws, and HR reporting to support leadership in data-driven decisions. Additionally, the HR Officer will contribute to internal communications and engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices within the Philippines.
  • Ability to manage HR data, maintain accurate records, and prepare clear HR reports and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills to work effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS, MS Office (or similar productivity tools), and comfort working with digital and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in telecommunications, IT, or related industries is an advantage, as well as familiarity with fast-growing or multinational organizations.
