About the role
Administration of Payroll and Statutory requirements of People & Culture Department and making sure that all employees are paid correctly and on time.
Provides clerical and administrative support to the People & Culture department as needed and employee services.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll and timekeeping-related transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies/disputes.
- Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits and full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparation of year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, 13th monthy, Leave Conversion etc.)
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages
- Assist employees in any government-related transactions (PHIC, HDMF, SSS).
- Regulatory compliance and management reporting for Compensation and Benefits.
Qualifications
Essential
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent
- Specific specialty training in relevant disciplines within the HR field
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Highly PC literate – MS Office applications and HRIS
- Strong business acumen
Desirable- Licensed Psychometrician or any relevant further studies
- ISO Audit Training
