Job Description

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and grievances.
  • Ensure fair and consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management.
  • Support disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE labor standards and company code of conduct.

Performance Management

  • Implement and administer the companys performance management system.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion.
  • Guide managers and employees on performance goal setting and KPIs.
  • Monitor employee performance and identify training or development needs.
  • Assist in performance improvement plans (PIP) and follow through on outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate performance records and documentation.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Administer employee compensation structures, salary adjustments, and incentives.
  • Process employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, and other company benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely enrollment, updates, and claims for employee benefits.
  • Support payroll coordination by validating employee compensation and benefits data.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and assist in compensation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits and labor regulations.
  • Communicate benefits policies and compensation-related updates to employees.
