Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Ensure candidates align with both professional standards and Christian values
Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs (teachers and non-teaching staff)
Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns and conflict resolution
Promote a positive, respectful, and faith-centered work environment
Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with school policies
Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems
Track staff performance and support professional development plans
Coordinate training, seminars, and spiritual formation activities

Ensure compliance with labor laws and educational regulations
Develop and update HR policies consistent with Christian principles
Maintain employee records and confidentiality
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate payroll processing
Manage employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance
Assist in compensation planning
- Culture and Values Integration
Support activities that promote Christian values within the school
Help organize retreats, devotions, and staff fellowship activities
Ensure staff uphold the schools faith-based mission
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 23 years of HR experience (school setting is a strong advantage)
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Organizational and administrative skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
