Job Description

HR Officer

The HR Officer is responsible for managing the company's human resources functions and supporting finance-related operations. This role ensures efficient recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, government compliance, and proper handling of company records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee separation processes

Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation

Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate employee benefits and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)

Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Assist in payroll processing, billing, invoicing, financial documentation, and record-keeping

Coordinate with departments regarding HR and finance-related concerns

Prepare reports and maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information

Perform other HR, finance, and administrative duties as assigned by management
