Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in Labor Relations or as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and case investigation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Strong mediation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to work on-site in Santolan, Pasig City.
