HR Officer / HR Generalist| BPO/Finance Services

This is Direct hire - Permanent role to our client -

The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management.They may still negotiate you.

Specific position: HR Generalist

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree; HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or other relevant courses
• Willing to work on a DAYSHIFT schedule; Willing to work beyond required hours if needed and punctual at all times
• ·Amenable to work 100% onsite in Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig
• · at least 5 years experience as HR Generalist or similar capacity: handling Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Record Management, Benefits Administration and enrollment (such as HMO),Payroll Support (handling inquiries), implementation of HR policies and procedures, provides support in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations; Employee Relations, organizing training sessions or workshops for employees, Tracks employee training records and supports HR Manager and leaders in ensuring compliance with training requirements, Assists with health and safety initiatives and compliance efforts,
• HR certification is a plus.
• Experience in working in Human Resources in either Financial-BPO or Shared Services set up is an advantage
• Proficient in key HR Functional Areas of Human Resources
• Has a high level of integrity, having the ability to Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• In-depth knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices specifically for Labor Relations, Labor Standards and Occupational Health and Safety
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge in HR systems similar to HRIS, ATS and Bamboo HR
• Working knowledge in any record management system relevant to HR
• Excellent communication skills
• Superb stakeholder management skills, being able to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds (internal and external) at all organizational levels
• Strong commitment to work
