Oversee the timely provision of HR services in the area of staffing and recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement. This includes designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, employee experience, and skill development, ultimately contributing to organizational growth, talent retention and employee satisfaction.
Key Activities
Manage employee recruitment, selection, hiring and placement/ onboarding.
Manage induction programs to enable new employees to become Familiar with DHL's business, policy and culture.
Will serve as the Country CIF Champion, responsible for planning and coordinating CIF training schedules.
Lead and deliver key learning activities both through local team or centers of expertise
Responsible for overseeing My Talent World, with a specific focus on sup-porting LEADS, GACH (Goal Achievement), and GAGR (Goal Agreement) processes. Will also serve as the platform's superuser.
Lead and implement Regional initiatives such as Top Employer and Great Place to Work certifications
Act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with the members of the business management team to support business growth/transformation and build organizational capability
Monitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness
Assist the Head of Human Resources on the annual Employee Development and Review and Manpower Planning process.
Ensure process improvement and modify/ adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of defined organization

Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across DPDHL
Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
Advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools

Experience Level
Work experience more than 10 years
At least 5 years as HR Manager
In-depth experience from at least one functional/specialist area (e.g. Talent, Employee Engagement etc.) in addition to HR Generalist experience
