Vice President – Human Resources (BPO) | Metro Manila | Night Shift

We're looking for a Vice President – HR who can balance strategy with execution and drive measurable outcomes through people.

A growing BPO organization in Metro Manila focused on scaling operations, strengthening leadership, and building a high-performing workforce to support aggressive business growth.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role where you will own and drive the end-to-end HR strategy across multiple programs and sites. You'll work closely with executive leaders to align people strategy with business goals, while ensuring operational stability, strong engagement, and controlled attrition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy across multiple BPO programs/sites
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, org design, and talent decisions
  • Drive high-volume and leadership hiring strategies with speed and quality
  • Own employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
  • Strengthen performance management frameworks and leadership capability
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws
  • Build and enhance HR processes, policies, and governance
  • Leverage HR analytics (attrition, productivity, engagement) to drive decisions
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners and specialists

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 12–18+ years of HR experience
  • Strong experience in BPO / Shared Services
  • Currently or previously in a senior HR leadership role (AVP/VP level)
  • Experience supporting large-scale operations (1000+ employees)
  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience in operations-heavy environments
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
  • Proven success in attrition management, engagement, and scaling teams
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (COO, Delivery Heads, Clients)

Good-to-Have

  • Experience managing multi-site or global stakeholders
  • Exposure to transitions, migrations, or ramp-ups
  • Experience in HR transformation or building HR functions from scratch
  • Strong background in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
