Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. HR Leadership
Serve as the site HR leader, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to the Site
Manager and leadership team.
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, workforce stability, and organizational
culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR, people, and labor-related matters.

2. Employee Relations & HR Management
Oversee the full employee lifecycle including employment documentation, performance
management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Handle employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in
accordance with due process.
Promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

3. Recruitment, Onboarding & Talent Support
Lead recruitment activities for BPO roles in coordination with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the
organization.
Support talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives.

4. Policy Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements.
Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Prepare for and support DOLE inspections, audits, and internal compliance reviews.
Identify HR-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

5. Reporting & Collaboration with Canada
Prepare HR reports including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and disciplinary trends.
Share HR data and insights with Canada-based leadership or corporate teams as required.
Support cross-border HR initiatives, governance, and reporting standards.

6. People Leadership
Lead and develop the local HR team, setting clear expectations and performance objectives.
Coach managers on effective people management and leadership practices.
Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
Excellent employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigation skills
Proven leadership and people management capability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to partner effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced BPO environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 46 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
