About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded HR Manager in the Philippines with strong hands-on capability in Talent Acquisition, employee relations, and business partnering.
You will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders while ensuring effective execution of recruitment, people processes, and HR governance in a growing and dynamic environment.
You Will
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle for employees in Philippines, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers on people matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns
- Oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the Philippines, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business priorities
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, role scoping, and hiring strategies
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal controls
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and ways of working
- Monitor and report key HR metrics such as hiring progress, headcount, attrition, and workforce trends
- Collaborate closely with regional HR, COE, and business stakeholders
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 8-12 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on Talent Acquisition experience and exposure to other HR functions (HR Operations, HRBP, or Employee Relations)
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently while balancing broader HR responsibilities
- Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR best practices
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders with maturity and sound judgment
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
