We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function for the pre-opening of our new hotel and park in Boracay. This role will be instrumental in establishing HR policies, processes, and a strong organizational culture as we prepare for launch.
You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational structure for pre-opening operations.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for all departments, including hotel and park staff.
- Design training and development programs to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Partner with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality or resort operations.
- Experience in pre-opening or start-up operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
