First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for an
HR Lead who plays a critical role in shaping the organization's HR function and ensures that the HR function contributes to the achievement of the Company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This involves collaborating with senior management to understand the company's long-term vision and translating it into HR actions.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and managing talent to enable the organization to achieve its objectives.
Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for employees.
Training and Development
- Oversee the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employees skills and competencies, contributing to their professional growth and the achievement of the organization's goals.
HR Policy and Process Development
- Facilitate the review, development and update of the HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, to ensure compliance and relevance to the organization's needs and objectives.
Employee Engagement and Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention. Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on the feedback.
Compensation And Benefits Management
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, rewards plans, and employee benefits.
HR Reporting and Analytics
- Utilize HR data and analytics to generate reports, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for better decision-making.
Organizational Development and Change Management
- Lead and support organizational development initiatives, including organizational restructuring and change management processes.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
HR Projects
- Lead HR-related projects such as policy development, process improvement initiatives, and HR system implementations.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, management, business administration, or other relevant fields
- A master's degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration is a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in HR generalist function
- Possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
