Job Description

  • Partnering with department managers to identify and address their HR needs
  • Assisting with the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires
  • Administering employee benefits and managing queries related to compensation, leave and other HR policies
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  • Conducting HR audits and implementing process improvements
  • Assisting with the development and roll-out of HR initiatives and programmed
