We are looking for a People & Culture Associate to support our HR operations and culture-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding
- Support employee engagement and L&D programs
- Assist with performance reviews and HR operations
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Behavioral Science, or related fields
- At least 3 years of HR experience (generalist role preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and people skills
