Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 12 years of experience to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, HR documentation, and overall HR compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and system set-up.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address basic employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in handling employee concerns and escalating issues when necessary
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure proper filing of contracts, memos, and HR forms
  • Prepare reports related to attendance, performance, and HR metrics

4. Compensation & Benefits Support

  • Assist in processing timekeeping and payroll-related documents
  • Help monitor leave balances, attendance records, and benefits enrollment

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and compliance-related activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12 years of HR experience in an HR Assistant/Coordinator/Generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, documentation).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
