Job Functions
Strategic & Business Management
- Participate in the company-wide annual strategic planning, representing the HR business unit.
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategies to achieve assigned EBITDA targets.
- Manage the HR unit's P&L, ensuring revenues are maximized, costs are controlled, and profitability is
sustained.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring SLAs are met and opportunities for value-added services
are identified and acted upon.
- Lead operational efficiency initiatives and continuous process improvement to support SLA compliance and
client satisfaction.
Client Satisfaction & Service Delivery
- Ensure all contracted HR services are delivered 100% on time and within SLA.
- Build strong client relationships, conduct regular client review meetings, and address escalations proactively.
- Oversee the resolution of client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Introduce value-added services to exceed client expectations.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure all HR processes are documented, standardized, and continuously improved based on operational
findings and client feedback.
- Lead the creation of new processes where gaps exist and implement change control to maintain process
integrity.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, government reporting requirements, and internal company policies.
- Lead the creation, review, and implementation of HR processes, policies, and systems from scratch as
needed.
People & Budget Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop all HR staff under your supervision, ensuring optimal performance and career
growth.
- Manage all costs under the HR unit, including staff costs and tools required for service delivery.
- Set and monitor KPIs for the HR team to ensure alignment with client SLAs and company profitability goals.
- Provide coaching, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR management
role overseeing a full HR function.
- Proven experience developing and executing annual strategic plans with measurable results.
- Proven experience in annual strategic planning for HR — from design, execution, to monitoring results.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a profit-generating business unit, including revenue and cost control.
- Hands-on experience implementing HR processes, policies, or systems from scratch (any HR facet such as
performance management, BSC, etc.).
- Strong business acumen, budget management skills, and ability to translate strategy into operational plans.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated track record in client management, SLA compliance, and service delivery excellence.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and other HR management tools.
