Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven District Manager to lead and drive the overall business performance of multiple stores within an assigned district. This role oversees both company-owned and franchised stores, ensuring strong sales growth, operational excellence, and people development.

You will play a key leadership role in executing business strategies, strengthening store capabilities, and ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive district-wide sales performance and same-store growth
  • Lead local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and transaction value
  • Ensure consistent execution of upselling and promotional strategies

Profitability & Cost Management

  • Deliver profitability through cost control, forecasting, and operational efficiency
  • Improve inventory management and minimize losses
  • Lead regular business reviews to identify and act on cost-saving opportunities

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with operational standards, policies, and food safety requirements
  • Drive process improvements and adoption of digital tools
  • Utilize data and reporting to enhance decision-making and store performance

Quality & Customer Experience (QSCH)

  • Maintain high standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure brand consistency
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address gaps

People & Talent Development

  • Build a strong pipeline of Store Leaders through coaching and development
  • Lead training programs and certification initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management

Franchise Management

  • Partner with franchisees through regular business reviews and operational support
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and profitability goals
  • Address operational challenges with data-driven solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in multi-unit retail or food operations
  • Proven track record in driving sales and managing profitability
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience working with franchise operations is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations
