About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven District Manager to lead and drive the overall business performance of multiple stores within an assigned district. This role oversees both company-owned and franchised stores, ensuring strong sales growth, operational excellence, and people development.
You will play a key leadership role in executing business strategies, strengthening store capabilities, and ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive district-wide sales performance and same-store growth
- Lead local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and transaction value
- Ensure consistent execution of upselling and promotional strategies
Profitability & Cost Management
- Deliver profitability through cost control, forecasting, and operational efficiency
- Improve inventory management and minimize losses
- Lead regular business reviews to identify and act on cost-saving opportunities
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with operational standards, policies, and food safety requirements
- Drive process improvements and adoption of digital tools
- Utilize data and reporting to enhance decision-making and store performance
Quality & Customer Experience (QSCH)
- Maintain high standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure brand consistency
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address gaps
People & Talent Development
- Build a strong pipeline of Store Leaders through coaching and development
- Lead training programs and certification initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
Franchise Management
- Partner with franchisees through regular business reviews and operational support
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and profitability goals
- Address operational challenges with data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in multi-unit retail or food operations
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing profitability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience working with franchise operations is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations
