We are looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in a fast-paced
BPO environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic link between management, employees, and multiple client accountsproviding expert guidance on
labor relations, compliance, and people management. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on experience in BPO HR operations, and the ability to support both internal teams and client-specific workforce needs.
Job Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee employee documentation, contract renewals, and other HR transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance on payroll coordination, benefits administration, and attendance-related issues as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership and client presentations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment between company HR policies and client expectations.
- Support client-specific HR initiatives such as performance reviews, workforce planning, and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to provide insights on employee trends, retention, and engagement across multiple programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and HR consultations with client managers to address people-related priorities.
Labor Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in accordance with Philippine labor laws.
- Partner with management to ensure full compliance with DOLE standards, company policies, and client-specific HR requirements.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee issues and provide sound recommendations aligned with legal and organizational best practices.
- Maintain proactive relationships with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and keep updated with changing labor regulations.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Partner with internal teams to drive engagement and retention programs tailored for BPO employees.
- Support training, performance feedback, and career growth initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Promote a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture that supports both employees and clients.
Job Qualifications
- At least 35 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to labor relations and client management in a BPO or shared services setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations cases and working with multiple client accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig during the night shift with flexibility for client meetings or time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling sensitive employee matters.
- Experience with HR reporting, data analytics, or project-based HR support for multiple accounts.
- Knowledge of workforce planning or change management within a BPO structure.
