About the Role

The Manager HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders and employees. This role aligns human resources strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, foster positive employee experience, and build a high-performance culture.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR guidance to achieve organizational objectives
  • Identify HR solutions to support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies
  • Act as a change agent to support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Talent Management & Development:

  • Support managers in identifying talent gaps and succession planning
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and implement employee development programs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance and career growth

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues with fairness and consistency
  • Promote a positive work environment and culture of engagement, inclusion and respect
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards

Performance & Rewards:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback
  • Analyze workforce data to recommend improvements in performance and reward systems

HR Operations:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure consistency and efficiency in HR processes, policies, and systems

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or related field
  • With 7-10 years of proven experience in HR role, preferably in an HRBP or HR Generalist capacity
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements; solid knowledge of HR best practices across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
  • Strategic thinking, relationship building, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, change management, coaching & facilitation, analytical mindset
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
