The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Knowledgeable of various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and training.
Familiarity with best practices in employee relations, conflict resolution, and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements an ability to interpret labor laws and apply them effectively in HR policies and practices.
Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Willingness to work at the designated workplace as required with the ability to adapt to varying work schedules, including shifts and occasional overtime.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to analyze raw data in Excel to create reports and identify trends.
Competent in creating informative presentations for leaders and employees.
Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to optimize HR processes.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other similar degree.
At least two (2) years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Must have a stable employment history.
