Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Associate to join our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with general HR tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate recruitment activities, and communicate with job applicants.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation.
  • Help track attendance, leaves, and other employee data.(Timekeeping)
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as requested.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or working toward one).
  • 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
