Responsible for facilitating recruitment activities on behalf of the company. Responsible for screening, interviewing, placing of workers and up to date with all local hiring rules and regulations; administering job interviewing schedules and offer.
Qualifications
- Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Associates Degree or a combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year experience in the same role; fresh graduates may be considered
- With pleasing personality

- Knowledgeable in end to end process of recruitment.
- Able to multi-task and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment and can meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office operations.
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitors, organizes and files the PRF.
- Coordinates with hiring Managers to identify the needed staff.
- Poses, monitors and activates all job vacancies of all recruitment channels.
- Liaises between the company and employment agencies, universities, and government agencies for employment purposes, as necessary.
- Sources and schedules potential applicants.
- Conducts initial interview and other selection procedure including endorsement to hiring manager.
- Facilitates job offer and monitors completion of pre - employment requirements.
- Facilitates the New Employees Orientations (NEO).
- Conducts Background Investigation.
- Gives final feedback to the candidates.

- May work for long hours and required to do field work.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.
