Job Description


Job Title: Associate - HR


Job Location: Manila

The role is responsible for supporting the HR team across recruitment operations, data management, reporting, and day-to-day HR coordination. This includes preparing and analyzing HR data, serving as the first-level HR point of contact for employee queries, and assisting the HR Business Partner with internal communication, post-event surveys, rewards & recognition, and engagement initiatives. The position is ideal for a candidate with foundational HR experience who can manage administrative tasks with accuracy and deliver respon sive support to employees and HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics such as scheduling interviews, collating feedback, and maintaining candidate trackers.
  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting profiles based on defined hiring criteria.
  • Support in posting job advertisements, updating requisition statuses, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate reports on hiring status, TAT, and pipeline movement.

HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, prepare, and update employee information and HR-related data in HRIS and Excel-based trackers.
  • Conduct periodic data audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal data standards.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc HR reports for HRBP and management, including attrition, headcount, hiring status, and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze data trends to support decision-making related to workforce planning, retention initiatives, and process improvements.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage routine HR documentation, onboarding paperwork, letters, and employee file updates.
  • Support HR services such as onboarding, exits, confirmations, and leave processes while meeting SLA and SOP standards.
  • Identify service delivery gaps and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Serve as the first-level contact for HR policy and process queries resolve or escalate concerns as needed.
  • Log employee queries, track closures, and ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Share HR updates, reminders, and process changes as directed by HR leadership.
  • Draft and circulate HR communications including announcements, newsletters, and engagement messages.
  • Support creation, distribution, and reporting of surveys, polls, and feedback forms.
  • Consolidate survey results, generate insights, and prepare summary reports.
  • Follow up to ensure timely employee participation in surveys.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating engagement activities, events, and culture initiatives.
  • Support rewards & recognition programs, including nominations, certificates, and communication materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage event logistics, and maintain post-event documentation.
  • Maintain engagement scorecards and provide monthly updates.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with HR team members to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and employee experience.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders while sharing updates, data, or instructions.
  • Manage task-related issues and dependencies in a proactive manner to maintain smooth working relationships.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline a specialization in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 1-3 years in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or HR shared services.
  • Strong MS Excel skills familiarity with HRIS/ATS ability to manage and analyze HR data and prepare reports.
  • Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, documentation, HR policies) and recruitment workflows.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for HR updates, employee queries, and survey coordination.
  • Strong time-management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks accurately.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with HR stakeholders.
