The HR Administrative Operations Associate supports the HR Department in daily operations across recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and general administration. The role helps ensure smooth HR processes and contributes to a positive employee experience and efficient office operations.
Duties And Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews for assigned roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
- Post job ads, monitor applicant flow, and identify basic hiring bottlenecks.
- Support report preparation, tracker updates, and ATS monitoring for senior HR review.
- Maintain partnerships with schools, job boards, and talent providers.
- Assist in coordinating and documenting internship program activities.
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Support basic employee relations tasks, including documentation and concern tracking.
- Assist in onboarding sessions, engagement activities, and employee events.
- Help monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records for accuracy.
- Prepare forms, announcements, and documentation to support policy implementation.
Office Administration
- Provide administrative support such as filing, record management, and supply coordination.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
HR Projects & Process Support
- Assist in small HR initiatives assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager (e.g., surveys, process updates, policy drafts).
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate HR-related processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition; experience in fast-paced or startup environments is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and employee support.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments.
