Job Description

[18K-20K SALARY]

[Full time 3:00PM-12:00MN]

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Compensation & Benefits processes including payroll coordination, government benefits, and employee inquiries
  • Handle Employee Relations, assisting in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement
  • Support Employee Engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Assist in Performance Management cycles including evaluations, feedback, and development tracking
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of HR experience in a BPO environment
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in PH labor laws and HR best practices
  • Willing to start immediately
