About The Role
Jr. HR Associates in Maxima are rotated across different facets of Human Resource and can be assigned in recruitment, compensation and benefits, engagement and evaluation as part of the career growth. In this role, initial assignment will include the following:
- Sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening of resumes and scheduling of interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
- Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports including employees 201 files
Minimum Qualifications
We need individuals who:
- Graduated with a degree in BS in Human Resource Development Management or BS Psychology
- Work well within deadlines and have the flexibility to work on projects
- Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
- Work well in a team and can communicate effectively within all levels of organization and with outside partners
- Has a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools
