- Expands sourcing channels for potential sales recruits.
- Strengthens online presence for sales recruitment.
- Partners with schools and employment services offices for recruitment events.
- Explores opportunities to expand the network with sales professionals and organizations.
- Evaluates candidates based on the identified success profile and role profiling standards.
- Invites candidates for an interview and discusses career opportunities.
- Performs interviews and screening of sellers, and endorses candidates to sales leaders.
- Recommends candidates for onboarding.
- Discusses the content of the offer sheet, contract, and role expectations.
- Ensures positive candidate experience following the recruitment process
- Reviews the recruitment process and seeks feedback from sales teams
- Benchmarks with other companies and recommends best practices
- Measures the success of recruitment initiatives and provides reports
- Sales Training
Plans, organizes, and executes training programs for existing sellers.
- Identifies learning needs and performance gaps.
- Recommends relevant topics for training roll-out aimed at improving the knowledge, skills, and attitude of sales teams to drive motivation and performance
- Prepares training materials and conducts training modules
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and project knowledge seminars
- Benchmarks with other industry leaders on learning program approaches
- Monitors the calendar of training activities of the sales teams
- Sales HR Management
- Provides advisory services to sellers onsite
- Oversee internal communication initiatives to sellers (policy cascade, internal announcements, etc.)
- Evaluates the effectiveness of current policies and internal processes, proposing improvements as necessary to support operational efficiency of Sales HR.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in training, recruitment, employee engagement or human resources, preferably from a major developer or sales / service industries.
- Strong customer focus and great communication/presentation skills are essential to this role.
- Must possess an excellent grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
