HR Assistant – HR Administration (Up to ₱30K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM | Monday–Friday

ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the administrative engine of the Human Resources department, ensuring that employee records, recruitment workflows, and compliance documentation are managed with absolute precision. Your work provides the structural support necessary for the HR Director to execute high-level initiatives while you maintain the integrity of daily operations.

This is a high-accountability role centered on execution and confidentiality. You operate within defined HR workflows, managing sensitive data and multi-entity coordination across a fast-paced organizational structure. Best suited for professionals who value process discipline, possess a high degree of discretion, and thrive in roles where organizational accuracy is the primary measure of success.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
  • Proven ability to produce accurate HR reports, spreadsheets, and audit-ready personnel files
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR documentation
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment requiring the management of multiple competing priorities
  • Willingness to work the night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM) and comply with hybrid work requirements

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Experience in construction, contracting, or multi-entity organizations
  • Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment law basics (I-9, W-4 compliance)

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

HR Administration & Compliance You own the integrity of employee data and regulatory readiness, ensuring every file and report meets internal and legal standards.

  • Maintain digital and physical personnel files with strict confidentiality
  • Execute HR audits and maintain safety/regulatory documentation
  • Track employee status changes and policy acknowledgments

Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination You manage the transition from candidate to employee, ensuring a seamless entry into the organization.

  • Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and system access setup
  • Manage job postings and interview scheduling across platforms
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and documentation compliance

HR Operations & Employee Support You serve as the operational point of contact for the workforce, resolving inquiries and maintaining internal schedules.

  • Manage benefits enrollment and communication cycles
  • Track attendance, leave requests, and training deadlines
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal training events
