Role Description

This role focuses on the end-to-end coordination of project deployments, specifically managing the transition from equipment delivery to final installation and billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment Management: Scheduling installations, tracking order progression (delivery to billing), and managing equipment logistics.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Risk & Support: Identifying delivery risks, resolving schedule conflicts, and mentoring new coordinators on processes.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records for orders/returns and providing status updates during project meetings.

Required Skills

  • Technical: Advanced Excel (data reconciliation) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills for customer-facing interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Execution: High attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and willingness to work overtime during peak rollout phases.

 EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline  
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with MS Project  
  • Experience with SAP and Business Objects, SharePoint (preferred)  
  • 2+ years in hardware deployments, logistics, order management, or project coordination  
  • Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle; certifications are a plus  
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations (e.g., staging, last-mile delivery, global services)
