Job Summary:

The position is responsible for providing assistance to HR Operations Lead in all HR functions such as compensation and benefits, HRIS system maintenance, timekeeping, HR budgeting, employee engagement and other government compliance report.

What you'll do:

  • Generates and processes overtime (OT) and OT allowance in HRIS every cut-off.
  • Reviews and validates late OT approvals and ensures proper inclusion in payroll cycle.
  • Prepares and submits OT and OT allowance summaries to HR Operations Lead for review.
  • Handles government-related reports (SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE) and ensures timely submission.
  • Manages SSS loan records, registrations (R-1A), and borrower/resigned employee reports.
  • Prepares and monitors government loan contribution lists and payment requests.
  • Coordinates with Accounting and Treasury for payment processing and compliance deadlines.
  • Issues government certifications and assists employees with SSS and Pag-IBIG loan concerns.
  • Supports intern administration (attendance, allowance computation, ID/access, documentation, reports).
  • Maintains and updates HR systems and employee data (leaves, status updates, data alignment).
  • Prepares HR documents, email communications, and maintains proper filing and archiving.
  • Assists in compliance reporting, separation benefits encoding, and BIR annual documentation.
  • Supports employee inquiries, HR operations requests, and payment monitoring.
  • Participates in employee engagement activities and continuous HR process improvement with IT.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Office Administration, or related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably familiar with payroll, compensation, and benefits processes.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate and proficient in basic office applications and HR systems.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with urgency while meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
