Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives
- Manage the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
- Collaborate with managers to review and recommend salary adjustments and promotions based on performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on available plans and coverage options
- Work closely with the payroll team to accurately process employee compensation, bonuses, and incentives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidential information
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
