Job Description

As HR Assistant - Compensation & Benefits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees are fairly compensated and enjoy great benefits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives
  • Manage the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
  • Collaborate with managers to review and recommend salary adjustments and promotions based on performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on available plans and coverage options
  • Work closely with the payroll team to accurately process employee compensation, bonuses, and incentives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
