Job Description

  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, and maintaining department records.
  • Maintain and update employee databases, track attendance and leaves, and manage employee documentation accurately.
  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll processing and help employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the HR team with other duties, such as policy updates and company events.
