Job Summary

Leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide Organization Development (OD) strategies that drive culture transformation, leadership capability, and talent sustainability. Partners closely with senior management and HR business partners to diagnose organizational needs, define strategic goals, and implement impactful development initiatives aligned with the bank's priorities.

Oversees end-to-end OD programs—including talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management—to ensure the continuous development, engagement, and retention of high-performing talent. Ensures all initiatives are data-driven, aligned with leadership direction, and contribute to achieving business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Organization Development & Strategy

  • Develops and executes OD strategy and operational plans aligned with the bank's long-term direction
  • Monitors performance, evaluates program effectiveness, and drives continuous improvement
  • Leads organization-wide implementation and communication of OD initiatives

Culture Building

  • Designs and implements programs that reinforce corporate values and desired culture
  • Establishes assessment frameworks to measure competencies, values alignment, and leadership capabilities

Leadership Development & Talent Management

  • Develops leadership pipelines through targeted training and development programs
  • Designs and implements talent management strategies to support career growth and succession readiness

Succession Planning

  • Oversees succession planning processes and maintains talent readiness pipelines
  • Ensures critical roles are backed up with prepared and capable successors
  • Manages updates on candidate readiness and coordinates development interventions

Employee Engagement

  • Leads engagement strategies, surveys, and diagnostic tools to assess employee sentiment
  • Implements recognition and communication programs to strengthen engagement and retention
  • Aligns engagement initiatives with overall OD strategy

Performance Management

  • Designs and implements performance management frameworks and policies
  • Oversees performance assessment systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Monitors policy adherence, including management of non-performance cases

Leadership & Governance

  • Leads and develops the OD team to ensure high engagement and productivity
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Provides HR advisory support to subsidiaries and stakeholders
  • Maintains external networks for benchmarking and best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Organizational Design, job evaluation, and restructuring
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Performance Management systems
  • Extensive background in Talent Management and Succession Planning
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated leadership capability
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and change management skills
  • Experience in banking/financial services or regulated industries is an advantage
