Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Development (OD) Manager to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, leadership development, and employee performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational design, talent management, change management, and culture transformation within highly regulated and fast-paced industries such as Telecommunications or Banking and Financial Services.
The Senior OD Manager will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring the company remains agile, high-performing, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support business growth, operational efficiency, and transformation programs.
- Develop and manage performance management frameworks, succession planning, and talent review processes.
- Design and implement leadership development and high-potential employee programs.
- Lead culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate change management programs related to digital transformation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic projects.
- Analyze organizational health metrics, workforce data, and engagement results to identify improvement opportunities and recommend interventions.
- Partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps and develop targeted learning and development solutions.
- Establish competency frameworks, career pathways, and talent development programs across business units.
- Provide advisory support to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, team structures, workforce productivity, and change readiness.
- Ensure OD initiatives align with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage external consultants, vendors, and organizational development projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, or Leadership Development is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in Organizational Development or Talent Management leadership roles.
- Experience within the telecommunications, banking, financial services, or similarly complex organizations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
- Strong understanding of leadership development, employee engagement, and culture transformation programs.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, digitalization, or organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
