Job Description

The Associate Vice President, Global Training and Organizational Development oversees global learning, leadership, and organizational development initiatives for PSG's workforce across the Philippines, India, and the US. The role ensures employees are equipped for success throughout their lifecycle, supporting PSG's growth in an AI-enabled, multi-country environment.

This role is instrumental in shaping talent development strategy and works closely with global and regional leadership to drive organizational growth and capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy & PSG University

  • Build and scale PSG University as the enterprise learning ecosystem, achieving strong participation and completion across all geographies.
  • Establish global learning frameworks that adapt to local needs, aligning all learning programs with PSG's business strategy to deliver measurable business impact.

Employee Lifecycle Learning

  • Own development across the employee journey—including hiring, onboarding, continuous learning, and leadership—to raise onboarding effectiveness and speed-to-productivity for new hires.
  • Standardize onboarding and new hire training across all regions to accelerate integration and ensure consistent quality.
  • Deliver ongoing skill development and certification pathways, driving increased completion rates and elevating employee performance.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Create leadership academies and manager effectiveness programs that strengthen leadership bench and succession readiness for critical roles.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives such as talent review, performance management, and career architecture to deepen internal pipelines and improve promotion and mobility metrics.

AI & Learning Innovation

  • Champion AI-powered learning experiences and digital ecosystems, expanding adoption and engagement of self-directed and digital learning.
  • Advance AI literacy and usage throughout PSG, continuously increasing the impact of innovative learning solutions.

Global Capability Building

  • Ensure scalable and relevant programs across diverse geographies and cultures, supporting the integration of new countries, acquisitions, and business units.
  • Deliver frameworks that enable rapid entry into new markets and support sustained global growth.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Advise senior leaders and partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Training and Organizational Development teams globally, fostering a coaching culture, continuous improvement, and innovation to build a high-performing learning organization with tangible results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred (OD, HR, Business, Psychology, or related field).
  • 15+ years in Learning & Organizational Development; extensive experience leading global, multi-country teams.
  • Experience in RPO, staffing, or enterprise recruiting environments (required).
  • Proven track record building and scaling global learning, leadership, and organizational development programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, and enterprise capability development.
  • Strong data and analytics orientation, using insights to drive learning effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Experience leading or implementing AI-enabled or digital learning technologies at scale.
