Responsibilities:
Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives such as restructuring, workforce planning, and performance alignment
Drive culture-building programs that support company values and engagement
Implement change management strategies for business transformation projects
Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning
Partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines
Support high-potential (HiPo) development programs
Support the implementation of a performance management system
Develop competency frameworks and career progression paths
Monitor and enhance workforce capability and productivity
Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development framework aligned with business goals
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments
Design and oversee delivery of technical, behavioral, and leadership programs
Establish a learning culture and promote continuous development
Collaborate with senior leaders to align learning and OD initiatives with business strategy
Act as a strategic advisor on talent and organizational matters
Manage training budget, vendors, and resources
Ensure effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Establish policies, processes, and governance for training and OD
Track and report training effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs
Use analytics to improve program delivery and outcomes
