Overview
This role leads the company's expansion into Southeast Asia and other international markets. You will act as the primary operator for market entry, responsible for identifying opportunities, executing entry strategies, and generating initial revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Selection
- Identify high-potential markets across Southeast Asia
- Define entry strategies, target segments, and product focus
Market Entry Execution
- Drive market entry through meetings, pilots, and initial deals
- Establish early traction and validate opportunities
Partnership Development
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, and local partners
Revenue Generation
- Secure initial customers and convert pilot engagements into revenue
Opportunity Development
- Collaborate with the Innovation Team to test, refine, and adapt offerings per market
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and internal teams to support execution
Transition to Scale
- Support the transition from pilot stage to structured sales or country operations
Experience
- 7–15+ years of experience in industrial, construction, chemical, or related sectors
- Proven track record in business development, market expansion, or regional growth
- Experience entering new markets or launching new business lines is highly preferred
