About the role

The Broker Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. The role includes managing relationships with brokers, driving sales initiatives, and leading broker performance for optimal results. Responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, supporting brokers to achieve targets, conducting regular training sessions, and identifying growth opportunities in the property sales market. The Broker Sales Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and maximize market share.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales management, business development, and account management
  • Proven ability in relationship building, client engagement, and understanding client needs
  • Expertise in training, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to achieve performance goals
  • Data analysis skills for evaluating market trends, forecasting sales, and assessing broker performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 8 years of solid experience in property or real estate sales is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field, licensed REB is an advantage
