HR OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE LEAD

We are not looking for a typical HR administrator. We are looking for a Leader with the character to manage performance, enforce discipline, and drive results.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Manage KPIs & Targets: Full ownership of activity metrics and dashboards.
  • Strict Accountability: Identify bottom performers and enforce PIPs or exits without wavering.
  • Process Rigidity: Develop and implement SOPs; and end to end recruitment process.
  • Data Command: Monitor 3CX/Hubstaff metrics to provide facts to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Character: Decisive, influential, and strictly professional.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in HR Ops/Performance (BPO/Recruitment background preferred).
  • Mindset: Results-oriented. You value precision over excuses.

COMPENSATION: Basic Salary + Performance Commissions.
