About the Role:
We are working on a confidential opportunity within the banking/payments space, looking for a Cards Portfolio Manager to support credit and debit card business performance.
This is a hands-on role, focused on managing portfolio performance, tracking initiatives, and working closely with internal teams to drive growth and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track credit/debit card portfolio performance
- Monitor spend, activation, acquisition, and retention
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Support campaigns, launches, and lifecycle initiatives
- Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams
- Identify gaps and recommend improvement actions
What We're Looking For:
- 8–12 years experience in cards / retail banking / payments
- Strong background in cards portfolio management or analytics
- Good understanding of cards P&L and performance drivers
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
