Job Description

Satellite Teams is looking for a hands-on and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid advertising and lead generation.

This is an execution-focused role (non-managerial), ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in running performance marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive consistent, qualified leads.

The role also includes light social media support and CRM management to ensure smooth lead flow and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

• Run lead generation campaigns (not just engagement or awareness ads)

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences

• Optimize campaigns daily to improve cost per lead (CPL) and performance

• Monitor ad budgets and adjust strategies based on results

Social Media & Content Support

• Manage and update Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business profiles

• Publish 3–5 posts weekly (basic content, promotions, short-form videos)

• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner

• Coordinate with the client/team to gather content materials

CRM & Lead Management

• Set up and manage CRM system (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)

• Create lead capture forms and basic automation (SMS/email follow-ups)

• Track incoming leads and maintain visibility of the pipeline

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversions, and lead volume

• Provide weekly performance updates and insights

• Continuously improve campaigns and strategies based on data

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5 years experience in digital marketing, with strong focus on paid ads

• Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

• Experience running lead generation campaigns and optimizing for cost per lead (CPL)

• Experience with A/B testing (ads, creatives, audiences, or landing pages)

• Basic content creation and video editing skills (for social media support)

• Experience using CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Clear written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred

• Experience working with international clients or remote teams

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms

• Background in performance marketing, lead generation, or growth roles
