Job Description

AT A GLANCE

The Performance and Growth Marketing Manager leads Sunnies paid and performance marketing function across all digital platforms. This role owns the full acquisition and conversion stack such as paid media strategy, data analytics and insights, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing with the goal of driving qualified traffic that converts into measurable revenue across e-commerce and social commerce channels.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Paid Media Strategy and Agency Management

  • Develop quarterly paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Shopee, making sure they're align with campaign calendars, product launches, and GMV targets
  • Brief, direct, and manage the external ad agency – setting performance expectations, reviewing and holding weekly performance reviews
  • Own media budget allocation across platforms and brands – making investment decisions based on channel efficiency and business priority
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and escalate or redirect agency execution when targets are at risk
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changers, ad format updates, and bidding strategy developments across all relevant channels across all relevant channels

Data Analytics and Performance Insighting

  • Own the performance dashboard for the Online Sales and Marketing function – consolidating data across paid, organic, e-commerce, and social commerce channels
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions for the Online Sales and Marketing Head
  • Identify traffic, conversion, and revenue trends across channels, and surface them proactively to brand and commercial teams
  • Serve as the data resource for the broader team – supporting e-commerce, social commerce, and offline teams with analytics inputs
  • Build and maintain attribution models that give the team a clear view of where revenue is coming from

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Audit and optimize conversion touchpoints across web storefronts and marketplace listings – product pages, checkout flows, landing pages, and promotional mechanics
  • Design and run A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and product pages – documenting learnings and scaling what works
  • Partner with E-commerce and Social Commerce teams to align on conversion improvement priorities by channel
  • Monitor abandonment rates, bounce rates, and funnel drop-offs – recommending and implementing fixes in collaboration with relevant teams

Email Marketing

  • Own the end-to-end email marketing program – strategy, segmentation, campaign calendar, copy direction, and performance tracking
  • Build and manage audience segments aligned to brand, purchase behavior, and lifecycle stage
  • Coordinate with Brand Teams on messaging
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and attributed revenue, making sure to optimize continuously based on results

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop the Performance Marketing Assistant Manager and Associate
  • Create a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team – every campaign decision backed by evidence and every outcome documented
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Social Commerce, and Brand teams as the performance marketing subject matter expert

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
  • 4-6 years of performance marketing experience with direct ownership of paid media budgets and measurable revenue outcomes
  • Hands-on expertise across at least three of the four core platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads
  • Experience managing or working alongside an external ad agency – including briefing, performance review, and accountability management
  • Strong analytical capability – comfortable building dashboards, interpreting funnel data, and translating numbers into actionable strategy
  • Proven CRO experience with documented test-and-learn outcomes
  • Preferably has experience in retail, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments in the Philippines
  • Familiarity with Shopee and TikTok Shop ads § Prior experience owning an email marketing program including segmentation and lifecycle strategy
  • Background managing a small team in a fast-moving digital commerce environment
