Job Summary
The Business Analyst will provide specialized support for client initiatives involving data governance, deletion, and analytics. The role combines business analysis with technical expertise in data management, ensuring that requirements are effectively translated into scalable solutions that comply with client standards and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for data deletion projects and data & analytics initiatives.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and extract insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into data-driven technical specifications.
- Support data governance by ensuring compliance, integrity, and security of client-managed data.
- Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for proposed solutions, particularly in analytics and AI-related projects.
- Scope proof-of-concepts for AI and analytics use cases, recommending solutions that maximize business value.
- Serve as liaison with Business Divisions for project requirements, updates, and escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
Capability Requirements:
- Related Work Experience - 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to data management, deletion, or analytics projects.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in data management, and analytics are an advantage.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with analytics, AI, and data-related solution design.
