About The Role
We are looking for a Communication and Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on strengthening internal communications, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with HR and business goals
- Create engaging content for company announcements, newsletters, and internal platforms
- Support and drive employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns
- Collaborate with HR teams on initiatives related to culture, employee experience, and employer branding
- Manage communication channels such as intranet, email, and social collaboration tools
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement activities, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all internal communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or HR-related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience in handling events, campaigns, or employee programs is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or communication tools (e.g., intranet platforms, email marketing tools)
