Primary Technical abilities:
1.Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure and network service delivery, including LAN,
WAN, WLAN, cloud networking, and network security.
2.Strong background in Service Delivery and IT Service Management, with proven application of
ITIL‑based operational models (ITIL certification required).
3.Proven leadership experience managing or federating global, multi‑disciplinary teams in complex
organizational environments.
4.Strong understanding of operational and infrastructure KPIs, including incident management,
availability, performance, capacity, and resilience.
5.Executive‑level customer orientation with the ability to align technical delivery with business
outcomes.
6.Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive decisions across senior stakeholders.
7.Strong ownership mindset, accountability, and results‑driven leadership style.
8.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and operational data
into actionable insights.
9.Highly organized, structured, and rigorous while remaining adaptable and flexible.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English mandatory.
11. Ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure, service‑critical environments
Technical Environment:
● Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) – mandatory.
● Additional certifications in Palo Alto, F5, or SDWAN technologies are highly desirable
● ITIL Foundation certified
