Network Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

As a Network Engineer supporting global enterprise and production systems. You'll manage LAN, WAN, Cloud, and Data Center environments in a 24x7x365 organization, focusing on Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Fulfillment, and Problem Management. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with multi-vendor network and security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for LAN, WAN, Cloud, and Data Center environments globally.
• Participate in ITIL-based operations: Incident, Change, Service Request, and Problem Management.
• Deliver advanced support for routers, switches, wireless controllers, next-gen firewalls, and load balancers.
• Support cloud-native networking (AWS, Azure): Transit Gateway, Security Groups, ExpressRoute, VPC Peering.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide technical guidance to first-level operations staff.
• Communicate technical concepts in business terms across all organizational levels.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting, orchestration tools, AI, or Power Apps.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years in Network Engineering/Operations for large-scale networks (LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud).
• 2+ years in global network support.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
• Experience with network automation/orchestration tools, scripting languages, or AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with Power Apps or similar tools.
