This is a full-time on-site role for a General Accountant located in Bataan. The General Accountant will handle daily financial operations including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves processing payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in audits. The General Accountant will contribute to improving financial processes and supporting the company in maintaining strong financial health.

• Proficiency in finance-related tasks, including budget management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Knowledge of compliance with local tax regulations and preparation of audit documentation
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the mining or industrial sector is a plus
