This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing data to guide business decisions, managing audits, overseeing accounting operations, and optimizing financial performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals will be a key aspect of this position.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
• Leadership and management skills, with experience in team supervision
• Understanding of compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking
• Experience with financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus)
• Proven experience in a finance or accounting management role
